Xi chapter will be 100 years old on December 6, 2019. This calls for a celebration! To avoid conflicts with holiday obligations, we're going to have our event a little earlier on October 5, 2019.

Where is it? The main banquet will be at Morss Hall in Walker Memorial on the MIT Campus in Cambridge, but other events will be at 253 Commonwealth Ave or nearby locations.
How much are tickets? $55 for alumni + guests, $35 for children, and free for current undergrads.
Is there a hotel block? Yes, at the Boston Marriott Cambridge from Oct 4-6. The rate has been discounted to $279 a night. There is a mix of king beds and double queen beds (for families).
You may reserve a rooms by calling Marriott Central Reservations at 1-800-228-9290 and identifying yourself as a member of the MIT Xi Chapter group, or by using this link. The group rate is valid until September 13, but we have a limited number of rooms blocked off.
What is the schedule? The tentative schedule is as follows:
Friday October 4
TBD: self-organized class dinners
9:22 p.m.: Special Alumni Squids (social hour)
Saturday October 5
Noon-ish: family-friendly afternoon events (TBD)
3:00 – 5:00 pm: coffee hour and house tours at 253 Commonwealth Ave
5:30 – 8 pm: banquet dinner at Walker Memorial
8:22 pm – late: cake and socializing at 253
(BONUS) October 12-14: Annual Alumni-Undergrad Columbus Day Weekend retreat at the MITOC cabin in New Hampshire. Consider staying in Boston for a full week to join us for the retreat! Retreat registration details will be sent out separately.
